Terms and Conditions

The Big Day Planning Co

By booking with The Big Day Planning Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Deposit

    •    A booking is only confirmed once the $200 deposit has been received.

    •    The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

    •    Deposits secure your chosen date and our services. Until payment is received, your date is not confirmed.

2. Payments

    •    Full payment of the remaining balance is required no later than one (1) month before the wedding date.

    •    If full payment is not received by this time, services may be suspended or cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

    •    Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

3. Cancellations & Changes

    •    All cancellations must be made in writing.

    •    Deposits are non-refundable.

    •    If the cancellation occurs less than one month before the wedding date, the full balance remains payable.

    •    Changes to bookings (such as time, location, or scope of services) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Services

    •    The Big Day Planning Co will provide services as agreed in writing with the client.

    •    Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

5. Client Responsibility

    •    The client is responsible for providing accurate information and timely communication.

    •    The client must ensure that all required details are confirmed at least one month before the wedding date.

6. Liability

    •    The Big Day Planning Co will not be held liable for any events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to venue issues, supplier failures, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

    •    We will always act in the best interest of our clients and aim to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.

7. Acceptance

  • By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
